In order to enhance the professional literacy and service level of the employees of SUNREV's supply and marketing team, master business etiquette and interpersonal communication skills, on the morning of May 13th, the group's human resources department invited a lecturer from Business Etiquette Week to organize a comprehensive and systematic business etiquette training for the supply and marketing team.

During the training process, lecturer Zhou introduced the main characteristics, standards, and scope of application of different etiquette through vivid explanations and demonstrations, teaching through entertainment and interactive practice, and imparting skills to enhance personal cultivation and external expression in business etiquette. Using rich case studies, the etiquette knowledge was explained in simple and profound terms, providing a lively, practical, knowledgeable, and interesting etiquette lesson for everyone
Through this business etiquette training, all employees of the supply and marketing team have gained a more comprehensive understanding of business reception etiquette and a clearer understanding of minor etiquette issues they have doubts about. After class, everyone expressed that they will keep this training in mind, internalize the value of business etiquette in their hearts, externalize it in their actions, continuously deepen their service awareness, standardize business reception services, establish and shape a good image of the enterprise, and assist in the high-quality development of SUNREV.
